1.This ideal candidate shall be bachelor or above. Architectural, environmental art or interior major is preferred.

2.Minimum three years construction management and detailed design working experiences;

3.Strong understanding of design and technical specifics. Capacity of making Project budget plan;

4.With good team work and communication capability;

5.Understands the process of interior design in all its phases and is able to work independently;

6.High performance in quality and efficiency, can work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude towards deadline and tasks under a tide time frame, team player, and cheerful personality.

7.Candidate with fluent spoken English takes precedence.
